Hello,

My happy place is my home studio, sunlight filtering through the window, happy tunes on Spotify, maybe a little dance, a blank canvas and a paint brush in my hand.

Painting is a wonderful way to remind me to celebrate life. I love to paint beautiful surface art capturing the amazing world around me, reminding me to be grateful for it every day.

I have a special love for the ocean and its colours and I’m excited about the future projects I have brewing in my mind. Most of my inspiration evolves from my travels and experiences in this amazing country, Australia.

Currently, I am enjoying painting on pure silk discovering the interaction of the different coloured dyes that flow and blend as I work. I love the intensity of the colours against the softness of silk.

Up until now, every piece of work I’ve sold has been an original, which has been great as I love to paint, but still a little sad to say goodbye to every piece never to be seen again. So I was really delighted to discover, through a talented, local photographer, that my work reproduces beautifully on paper and canvas. This brings me so much joy because now I can spend more time experimenting and creating new work in my happy place, while you can enjoy my work in any size or medium you choose.
